Có bác nào đang bị stress vì vụ "nhảy tab" check tin nhắn khách hàng giống em không?
Chào các bác,
Bên em đang bán hàng đa kênh (Fanpage, Zalo cá nhân, Zalo OA, Website...). Dạo này lượng khách đổ về nhiều hơn chút là bắt đầu rối tung lên:
- Sót tin nhắn: Nhân viên cứ phải nhảy qua nhảy lại giữa các tab, lúc cao điểm là trôi sót khách như cơm bữa.
- Văng tài khoản: Dùng chung tài khoản Zalo Hotline trên máy tính, người này vào thì người kia bị out, cực kỳ gián đoạn.
- Mất khách ngoài giờ: Khách hay nhắn đêm hoặc cuối tuần, mình rep chậm 15-20 phút là họ sang chốt bên đối thủ luôn.
Em thấy bảo xu hướng giờ là dồn hết các kênh về một màn hình, rồi cài AI (dạng công nghệ RAG tự đọc tài liệu công ty) để tự trả lời trước mấy câu FAQ dưới 5 giây để giữ chân khách.
Bác nào triển khai mô hình này thực tế chưa ạ? Cho em xin ít review:
- AI giờ trả lời có bị sượng và "máy móc" quá không? Khách có khó chịu không?
- Có giải pháp nào tối ưu chi phí cho bên quy mô vừa và nhỏ không ạ?
